What do Chiropractors Do?
Chiropractors practice a manual approach and use a variety of techniques to help alleviate pain and restore mobility.
This may include manual adjustments, joint mobilisations, trigger point release, myofascial release, stretches and dry needling.
You may be given stretches and advice on correct sitting posture to help aid in your recovery.
